Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

We do not accept any exchanges, and a refund will allow you to purchase a new knife faster.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Contact us （sales@cmbmadeknife.com） and we will guide you through the whole process

1.If you need to return the product, we need a proof of purchase.

2. Any returned product should be in its original new and unused condition, including the original manufacturer’s packaging and documentation, for 30 days from the date of purchase. 

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

3.You send the item back to us with shipping charges prepaid. Original shipping and return costs are not reimbursable. 

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

4.If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

5.If you are approved, your refund will be processed, less $10 to cover our original shipping costs, additional charges may be incurred for returning damaged or missing items in their packaging,

 and payment will be automatically returned to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
